Equipment

  • Double Jigger

  • Cocktail Shaker (optional)

Materials

  • 1 can Cream Soda Use half of the can for this recipe.
  • 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka We used Vanilla flavored Van Goah Vodka.
  • 2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps We used DeKuyper Buttershots Schnapps Liqueur
  • Whipped Cream We used the Almond Milk version from Reddi-wip.
  • Butterscotch Syrup We used Smucker's Sundae Syrup -Butterscotch.

Instructions

  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cream soda, vanilla vodka and butterscotch schnapps into the shaker.
  • Stir with a spoon.
  • Add the top of the shaker with the strainer and pour the mixture through the strainer into your mug or glass.
  • In a small bowl, mix the whipped cream with some butterscotch syrup.
  • Top the mug or glass with the whipped cream mixture.
  • Enjoy the magic!

Notes

For the Frozen Version:
  • Freeze the cream soda into ice cubes. 
  • Add the cream soda ice cubes, vanilla vodka, and butterscotch schnapps into the blender and blend. 
  • Pour into a mug or glass and top with the whipped cream mixture listed above.
Other Notes:
  • This drink is pretty sweet, we recommend using a Diet Cream Soda.
  • You can also sub the almond whip cream for light regular whip cream.
