Ska Brewing Voted “Best Brewery” in “Best of the Rockies”
Don’t we all just love being outdoors? We definitely do, even in California! Just imagine what it is like where the outdoor lifestyle is slightly more prominent. As revealed in the March issue of Elevation Outdoors, readers voted Ska Brewing as “Best Brewery” in the magazine’s highly competitive “Best of the Rockies 2017” award series, which is in its second year running.
Elevation Outdoors is an authoritative voice in the outdoor industry.
They strive to democratically elect favorite businesses in the Rocky Mountain Region. Ska went up against many distinguished breweries in the Rocky Mountain States, but was able to walk away with the title as the best in the region.
The brewing company got its start in Durango, Colorado in 1995 when co-founders Dave and Bill had a realization. Since both enjoy drinking great beer and listening to The Toasters Ska Music, it hit them. If they brewed their own beer, they’d have all the beer they could ever want! Now, over 21 years later, they’ve become a well-respected veteran craft brewery and are recognized as a pioneer in the craft beer movement. It also doesn’t hurt the brewery produces over a dozen award-winning brews in addition to their specialty brews that are on tap at their new Mod Brewery.
