Sour Beer Gummy Bears Recipe
Sour Beer Gummy Bears are a great treat for any 21+ party. They are a nice combination of sweet and boozy. Just like any other gummy bears you can eat them one by one or by the handful. To make these sour beer gummy bears all you need is beer, sugar, gelatin, and gummy bear molds. We bought this set of 3 from Amazon, and each mold makes 150 bears. However, if you think you’ll need more, there are bigger mold sets available.
The Beers
You can make beer gummy bears with any beer of your choice. We chose to make them with sour beers considering a lot of people on our team love sour beers. We chose the following three because of their differences in flavors. Orpheus‘ Over and Over, a pineapple sour. Three Taverns’ Rapturous, a raspberry sour. Last but not least, Dogfish Head‘s SeaQuench Ale, a sour made with lime peel, black lime and sea salt.
