Neapolitan Beer Brownie Sundae
A totally decadent adult brownie sundae with beer and fresh strawberries. Inspired by a favorite childhood ice cream flavor and Stone Brewing’s Neapolitan Dynamite Imperial Stout. Recipe adapted from: The Beeroness Chocolate Covered Strawberry Stout Brownies

Ingredients
  • ½cup melted unsalted butter
  • cup sugar
  • ¾cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1tsp instant coffee
  • ½tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½cup Stone Neapolitan Dynamite beeror other Stout
  • ¾cup all-purpose flour
  • cups fresh strawberrieschopped
  • ¾cup dark chocolatemelted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, cocoa power, instant coffee and salt to bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the eggs and beer, stir until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle with flour, stir until just combined.
  5. Pour into an 8×8 baking dish that has been greased.
  6. Bake at 325 for 30-32 minutes or until the top is slightly firm to the touch. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Add strawberries in an even layer. Drizzle with melted chocolate and allow to cool before topping with a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream. Cocoa nibs for garnish are optional. Serve with your favorite stout.
