Preheat oven to 350F. Line 8’’ square baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease with melted butter and dust with cocoa powder.
Pour Chai Milk Stout into medium saucepan, stir and cook on medium heat until reduced by half. Remove from heat, pour into a mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly.
Cut butter into small chunks. Add butter and cocoa powder into beer concentrate. Mix until combined.
Break chocolate bars into small chunks and mix into warm mixture until melted
Whisk in sugar, vanilla, and eggs until combined.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add to liquid mixture, whisking constantly until combined.
Add chocolate chips and stir.
Pour brownie mix into baking sheet, tap on countertop to remove air bubbles.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of brownies comes out clean.
Sprinkle with crushed candy canes right when brownies come out of the oven, allow to cool before enjoying!
