New English Brewing Barrel Aged Day 2016

During San Diego Beer Week each year, New English Brewing has their popular Barrel Aged Day where they bring out different variations of their beer aged differently to try side by side. We were definitely blown away by the quality of the barrel aged beers and enjoyed having a healthy debate over which ones we enjoyed more. They offered two different flight options and then 4 more you could order independently, giving 16 different options of Barrel Aged Beers to try! With each one being so unique and having a great flavor, it really made our task of putting them in any sort of rating order difficult. Here’s what we came up with:

This was definitely an event that we will look forward to attending again next year and was an amazing way to help bring our San Diego Beer Week 2016 to a close.
