FemAle BrewFest, The First All Female Craft Beer Festival
Women are finally making headway in receiving the well deserved credit for their accolades in the craft beer industry. To this date there has not been another festival comparable to FemAle Brew Fest, making it a first of its kind. This craft beer festival invites all beer lovers, but the main focus of the festival is to highlight some amazing women in the craft beer industry. On Sunday, May 28th Fem Collective is hosting FemAle BrewFest in South Florida. FemAle BrewFest will include a substantial number of female run breweries. All music, vendors, and artisanal food pairings will also all be provided by female run establishments.

The female experts and brewmasters that will be in attendance will be extending their professional knowledge about the craft beer industry with event goers. According to a Stanford University study out of 1,700 active breweries surveyed, only 4% had a female head brewer or brewmaster. The women in attendance will share their experiences being a woman in an industry that is very male driven. This will be an event in which women will support one another, share future plans, and drink great beer! As a first of its kind festival, FemAle Brewfest will set a precedent for future female craft beer festivals.
Female Breweries
This event will exclusively showcase breweries that have a female head brewer, brewmaster, or are owned and operated by women. A few of the breweries that will be in attendance include; Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing, Accomplice Brewery and Ciderworks, Lagunitas Brewing Company, Ballast Point and more.

VIP EARLY ACCESS: ONLY 100 VIP TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE. Ticket holders will have exclusive tasting of all beers, ciders, and mead from 1pm-2pm – $40 in advance or $45 at door.
GENERAL ADMISSION: 2pm-5pm – $25 in advance or $30 at door.
