Fall Yoga with Eppig Brewing
Fall is the season we indulge in hearty meals, Halloween candy, PSLs, and heavy beers. All the gym sessions you put in before and during summer fly out the window as soon as someone offers you a heaping plate of pumpkin pie. (extra whip cream please). Eppig Brewing is by no means skipping the delectable indulgences of Fall, they are however offering a way to balance your body and palate. Eppig is kicking off the start of Fall with one of San Diego’s favorite activities, Yoga + Beer.
Eppig’s beertender and resident yogi Hannah Bader will be teaching yoga classes twice throughout the month of October. Classes are open to all levels from novices to experts. This 60 minute Vinyasa flow will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance on your mat and in your life. Eppig encourages their yogis to stay after class for a beer and social hour. One beer is provided with your yoga class but it’s Fall, so no one will judge if you hang around for a few more.
