The brewing company has undergone 3 major expansions since their doors opened, doubling their production capacity each year! Did you know Wasatch Brewery was the first brewery opened in Utah? Greg Schirf, the Founder, not only opened Wasatch in 1986, but also proposed a bill to legalize brewpubs in 1988.
