Why it made the list: Founded by “The Blissful Sisters”—triplets Jill, Jessica and Jennifer Emich. Shine is inspired by their desire to celebrate the Boulder experience while keeping the community alive and thriving. Not only do they make great beer, but they have an amazing gluten-free menu full of delicious food to pair with your beers. This makes it the perfect start to your DIY Tour. All of their beers are infused with Rose Quartz Essence, which is a homemade infusion of the energies of compassion, harmony, & unconditional love that is crafted onsite by brewer Mike Kasian. Address: 209 EMERY STREET, LONGMONT, CO, 80501
We recommend trying: WIBTOBERFEST, MOONDOOR DUNKEL, & WIBBY IPL
Why it made the list: They start with traditional German lager brewing principles and add an American craft twist. Their craft lagers use German malt, American hops, and Rocky Mountain water. They make solid beers, and we absolutely love their branding! They are definitely worth a visit. Since they are a smaller craft brewery, you probably won’t seem them in your hometown either.
