Coronado Brewing Partners with Surfrider Foundation to Launch CoastWise Session IPA

On Tuesday, March 28th 2017, Coronado Brewing Co. announced a partnership with the Surfrider Foundation to launch CoastWise Session IPA. What makes this beer special is the fact that a portion of the proceeds for every beer sold will help support the Surfrider Foundation’s mission of protecting our beaches. As San Diego residents, we can all cheers a CoastWise Session IPA to that! The Surfrider Foundation’s mission aligns perfectly with Coronado’s ‘Stay Coastal’ roots and overall vibe. CoastWise Session IPA became available in retail locations starting on April 1st with both six-pack cans and on draft. In addition to the profits from CoastWise Session sales, Coronado will be hosting a series of beach cleanups leading up to Earth Day on April 22nd. CoastWise Session IPA Details

Here is what you can expect from CoastWise Session IPA. It is a dry-hopped beer overflowing with tropical mango, peach and citrus aromas with a dry finish. Each brew contains 5.0% ABV and 45.0 IBU. The recyclable cans go hand-in-hand with the cause in the hopes it will resonate their message with consumers. The design on the can is a version of Poseidon, the protector of the sea, which completely embodies the partnership between Coronado and the Surfrider Foundation.
