Colorado Beer Events: November Round-up
It’s no secret that Colorado is one of the beer meccas of the United States. As winter sets in, beer festivals are becoming more scarce. Never fear, we have created a handy guide for you spotlighting some awesome events to check out this November.
Fall Back Beer Fest | Saturday, November 3rd, 1:00-5:00 – Estes Park
5280 Magazine named it one of the Top 5 Best Bets as well as Coolest Event in 2017, and back for the 6th year, this is one you won’t want to miss. Some of the awesome breweries to be in attendance are Crazy Mountain Brewing Co., Epic Brewing Co., Wibby Brewing Co., Zwei Brewing Co. Check out the full line-up HERE. Breweries aren’t the only thing you can expect to see at Fall Back. Experts from Root Shoot Malting, Niwot Hops, Ruby Street Brewing, Colorado Hop Company, and Inland Island Yeast will also be there to answer any questions you might have as well as multiple Colorado AHA Brewing Clubs.
In addition to General Admission tickets at $35, they will also have VIP Session tickets. Both will get you unlimited tastings and a commemorative glass, but VIP also includes early entry at 12 as well as a commemorative t-shirt.

Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery 5th Anniversary | Saturday, November 3rd, 12:00-11:00 – Denver
Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery is turning 5! Join them in their taproom located at 1139 20th St., Downtown Denver. They will be releasing the yearly Anniversary offering in bottles and on tap. This year they brewed a Belgian Quintuple Fermented on French Oak, Mongolian Oak, and Palo Santo Wood along with Colorado Grown Cabernet Franc Grapes. Limited Edition Glassware will be available as well.
All Colorado Beer Festival | Saturday, November 10th, Afternoon Session 1:00-4:30, Evening Session 6:30-10:00 – Colorado Springs
The All Colorado Beer Festival is back for its 12th year in 2018. There are a bunch of awesome breweries lined up to attend, such as, 105W Brewing Co., Avery Brewing Co., Cerberus Brewing Co., Goat Patch Brewing Co, Periodic Brewing Co., SKA Brewing Co., and Something Brewing Co. to name a few. Find the entire line-up HERE. The current count is 55 breweries, including seven new breweries for this year. Coaltrain Wine & Liquor will also bring a special selection of beers from breweries who couldn’t make it to the festival.
In addition to General Admission tickets at $40, they will have a limited number of Early Entry tickets for each session. Back this year is the popular Brewer Insider pass. This gets you in the door early for the session plus access to the Brewers Lounge area so you can hang out with the brewers, sample beers not available on the main floor, and enjoy a catered lunch or dinner at no additional cost.

US Marine Corps 243rd Birthday | Saturday, November 10 – Denver
Barrels & Bottles is celebrating The United States Marine Corps’ 243rd Birthday. The brewery will be airing the Commandant’s Message followed by a traditional Cake Cutting Ceremony. This is an amazing opportunity to network with fellow Marines, families, friends and others in our community. The brewery is also working with the Disabled American Veterans to donate a portion of sales from Saturday, 11/10 – Monday, 11/12 (Federal Observance of Veteran’s Day) while collecting gently used coats, warming layers, gloves, scarfs, and hats. Women of Colorado Beer Flight & Brewery Tour | Thursday, November 15 – Durango
Join Women of Colorado at Ska Brewing for an evening of fun & informative beer drinking. Event includes a tour of the facilities and a beer flight with additional brews available for purchase to enjoy during or after the tour. Hang out after the event for yummy eats, socializing, and show your support with a raffle, silent and live auctions, and engraved bricks for an outdoor labyrinth. Big Bear Brew Fest | Saturday, November 17, 1st Session 1:00-4:00, 2nd Session 6:00-9:00 – Pueblo
The Big Bear Brew Fest will feature over 50 breweries both in Colorado and nationwide as well as several Colorado Craft Distilleries. A portion of the proceeds from the festival will go directly to The Homefront Cares, an organization that provides grants to Colorado Veterans, service members and their families in need of financial and emotional counseling as well as other services. The Big Bear Brew Fest is an unlimited sampling event and will host two sessions.
Tickets are $40 for general admission and include unlimited tasting, a lanyard, and a limited edition tasting glass.
VIP tickets are available for $60 and will have early event access. 1st Session starts at 12:15 and 2nd Session starts at 5:15.

Oyster Saloon Sundays | Sunday, November 18 – Denver
Lone Tree Brewing is teaming up with Mile High Cajun Food Truck to bring you Sundays filled with oysters. Order 6, 12, or single oysters on the half shell with one free beer for each order of 12. Swing by to grab a delicious beer as well as some oysters at this Denver favorite!
Ullrvation | Friday, November 23 – Poncha Springs
Elevation Beer Co. will kickoff Monarch Mountain’s opening day with Ullrvation on Friday, November 23. In folklore, this party is meant to please Ullr (the Norse god of snow, archery, and skiing) with ceremonial burning of skis and tempt the other snow gods (and Murphy’s Law). At Elevation this celebration will include snow dances, car washing, and earning good snow karma by raffling prizes to benefit the Friends of CAIC. The celebration will include beer and bonfires. It’ll also include a shuttle service to Salida from the brewery if you pay honor to the snow gods a little too hard.
Black Friday 2018: Nightfall of Diamonds | Friday, November 23 – Denver
On Black Friday, Station 26 Brewing Co. will host the inaugural Black Friday Invitational. During two ticketed sessions throughout the day, Station 26 will present their annual round of Dark Star Barrel Aged Imperial Stout variants in conjunction with partner breweries’ imperial stout and other beer releases. Pints & Pooches | Tuesday, November 27 – Eagle
Bonfire loves furry friends, and they think every one of them deserves the best home. The brewery will be are partnering with Eagle County Animal Shelter & Services for an adoption happy hour in the taproom on Tuesday, November 27 from 4:30-7:30pm. If you do end up taking one of the adoption dogs home, Bonfire Brewing will give you a six-pack to enjoy with your new best friend! All adoption fees will be reduced to $50 for this special event. Follow Bonfire Brewing on Facebook to see what awesome dogs they’ll be bringing in and prepare for all the wet kisses.
