Why Goats on Goats on Goats?

Following medal wins at Great American Beer Festival in 2018, Gilded Goat Brewing Company, out of Fort Collins, CO, and Goat Patch Brewing Company, out of Colorado Springs, CO, decided to team up for a Collab Fest beer. Who is the last goat? Billy Goat Hop Farm, located in Montrose, CO, established in 2017 on an old barley farm and now provides fresh, Colorado hops to breweries around the state.

The Beer

Two batches of the jasmine and rose hip Saison will be brewed, one at each brewery, and will then be released at Collab Fest this March. Why two different versions? So that there will be a sour version and a “clean” version of the same Saison – sure to delight every pallet! Each brewery will then release the Collaboration in their taprooms for their guests to enjoy.
