City Winery Atlanta is the Place to be this SUMMER!
Tucked right behind Ponce City Marketplace in Atlanta, is a cool urban winery, event space, restaurant, and speakeasy! We recently got the opportunity to tour City Winery Atlanta and experience it first hand. We can honestly say that we can’t wait to go back. Here are some events that they have going on that are worth adding to your calendar!

On Thursday, June 28th, the Iconic Women Winemakers event is celebrating women winemakers with tastings of six different wines crafted by some of the most talented women in the industry.
Hosted by City Winery’s Assistant Winemaker, Faith Drew, certified Sommelier Briana Pope-Pettis, and Stephanie Northrup, guests are in for a delicious and educational evening, including a special tasting of Faith Drew’s very own 2017 Stainless Steel Chardonnay, made on-site at City Winery Atlanta. The evening also includes a mouthwatering assortment of light bites created by Chef Nick Anderson just for the occasion. Starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $50, plus applicable fees.On Saturday, June 30th, Hip Hop Yoga Warriors & Mimosas returns.
Yoga lovers of all levels can enjoy a 60-minute energizing flow set to favorite hip-hoptunes by a live DJ. The class is led by the instructor, Jaimee Ratliff. Sip on mimosas after class while wellness goodies are raffled to attendees. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats. Tickets are $25, plus applicable fees.
Rosé fanatics will want to raise a glass to the June Wine of the Month selection, their popular 404 Rosé.
The all-purpose, everyday rosé is brimming with ripe fruit flavors from white cherry and raspberry to watermelon and apple. You can bundle a bottle with a logo trucker hat for only $25. Have enough hats? Bottles are just $16. Available for purchase all month long in The Barrel Room Restaurant.
Before fireworks light up the sky across Atlanta, attend the 4th of July party on their expansive patio from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
A family-friendly event where dogs are welcome. Guests are invited to enjoy a fun-filled day featuring live music with Sailing to Denver and Ivory Williams, festive food specials and more. In addition to the full menu, Executive Chef Nick Anderson is firing up the Big Green Eggs and cooking made-to-order pizzas for $16. He’ll also be serving a special BBQ basket for $20 that includes a full rack of spare ribs, potato salad, broccoli salad, and cornbread.
Four-legged patrons can also get in on the Independence Day festivities and sink their teeth in City Winery’s Canine Cuisine menu while slurping up dog-friendly wines including CharDOGnays, ZinfanTails, and MalBarks.
Partygoers can also snack on house-made sweet or savory popcorn during the patio party and pick up a wine growler and snacks to go when it’s time to watch fireworks. Historic 4th Ward Park is just across the street.
