Bread & Cheese Catering Hits Local Breweries

We don’t know about you, but we can’t think of a more perfect combo than BREAD, CHEESE, and BEER. Thanks to the new pop up food tent, Bread and Cheese Catering, our dreams are finally coming true! Co-owners and longtime friends, Justin and Devin, founded the company together at the tail end of 2016 and had their first event with Acoustic Ales in mid-January of 2017. Since their initial event, they’ve become a regular at the North Park Farmers Market as well.
How does Beer and Cheese Catering merge with the brew scene here in San Diego?
The answer is simple. Beer and Cheese Catering provides the delicious bites that go along with the delicious pints you’ll be drinking. The gourmet grilled cheese company menu features seven types of grilled cheese sandwiches. Two of the seven include: The Cali Gold with pesto aioli, two types of cheese, arugula, and roasted red peppers and The Mucho Queso containing three types of cheese and a garlic aioli. Bread and Cheese Catering purchases their Sourdough bread from local Bread and Cie Bakery, and their menu includes gluten free options from Coronado’s Gluten Free Pantry.
Do you want soup with that?
In addition to gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, Bread and Cheese Catering also features their famous coconut curry tomato soup. Of course, if you love soup be sure to find them at the North Park Farmers Market as they have a rotating soup schedule. Still only 99% convinced? Oprah herself has said if she could eat Bread and Cheese Catering’s grilled cheese and tomato soup every day, she would. If she said that then we are 100% convinced.
