Callisto Spirits – Botanical Rum
Callisto Spirits is inspired by the innovative spirit of California. The brand is ushering in a new era of rum by infusing its blend of rum with locally sourced Californian botanicals to enhance the complex flavor of rum. The result is a botanical rum with a California Dry taste: dry, floral, and smooth. It is a unique flavor profile for a rum, but don’t be fooled this rum is very well balanced and is not overwhelming. We can’t wait to continue experimenting and finding new recipes to explore.
