While the first pop-up focused on global flavors, the second five-course beer dinner will pair Bitter Brothers’ brews with cuisine inspired by the season. Expect hearty, comforting dishes featuring a variety of meat and seafood. Launching beer dinners at the tasting room was always part of the plan for the brewery, seeing as its owners met while working at Waters Catering and share a strong love of cooking. The dinner will be prepared by the brewery’s own “Bitter Bill,” the eldest Bitter Brother, and beertender Travis Clifford, also a chef who has been a part of beer dinners at Toronado in the past, while Bill has previously worked as a chef for Waters Catering. This time around, chefs Melissa Mayer (Martini Media), Steve Brown (Cosecha) and Olivier Bioteau (A.R. Valentien) will join the kitchen crew.
