Since Barrel Republic offers the option to try any of their taps in any size pour you want, poured by yourself, of course, you’ll be charged by the ounce. When you arrive, you’re given an electronic bracelet to be put on the wrist that will be used to activate each tap. Then, you just activate the tap with your bracelet and you can begin pouring! Freedom has never been hoppier for the beer lover!
Locations
At the Carlsbad and Oceanside locations, you’re able to pair your choice of beer with favorites such as the Double Cheese Bacon “Burger” flatbread, which is made with lettuce, tomato sauce, onion, mustard, and ketchup. We’d recommend pairing it with a Saison Ale. The Shrimp Roll Sandwich, yet another favorite, is made with celery, lemon aioli, avocado cream, and is served on a New England Bun. We’d recommend pairing that with a Hefe or Pale Ale.
If you still have room for dessert, Creme Brûlée and Peanut Butter Chocolate Brunch Bars are the two options that are available. For both, we’d recommend pairing with a Stout for a sweet finish.
