On Thursday, September 1st from 7 – 10 PM, experience a perfectly paired dinner at barleymash featuring Modern Times Beer. Barley mash is a high-energy restaurant and bar that thrives on celebrating the richness of American culture through its appetizing and progressive bare fare menu.
Modern Times Beer focuses on creating aroma-driven, complex, and flavorful brews. With a passion for invention, they also brew many special releases and one-off batches. Driven by their passions, Modern Times and Executive Chef Kevin Templeton of barleymash have collaborated to create an unforgettable five course meal paired with a craft brew to match the dish.
The beer list for the night includes:

- Fortunate Islands with Grape Fruit Zest
- Oneida Summer Pale Ale
- Blazing World Hoppy Amber
- City of the Dead Export Stout
If you’ve tried any of Modern Times’ beers, you know that they are delicious. They will be served alongside dishes that include: pan seared scallops, house made pretzels, an herbed goat cheese salad, karabuta pork cheeks and a double chocolate chip with coffee ice cream rolled in applewood smoked bacon to top it off.This is just a sneak peak of what barleymash’s dinner featuring Modern Times will be like.
