AZ Wilderness Brewing Co. Tap Takeover at Trade Winds Tavern
The new kids on the block, Trade Winds Tavern, already have their first tap takeover lined up. It’s happening this Friday, March 19th! Coming all the way from Arizona, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. are going to be featuring five of their beers at this event. If that wasn’t exciting enough, Trade Winds will be the ONLY location with all five of Arizona Wilderness beers on tap. You’ll be able to meet some of their brewers to learn more about the brews straight from the source and representatives from The Beer Connect will also be there to chat! Undoubtedly, it’ll be an exciting night for all those who attend.
Featured Beers:
Woolsey Wit | 3.8% ABV | Sour orange witbier with coriander, Sonora white wheat from Hayden Flour Mills, and local Arizona sweet oranges from Steadfast Farms.
My Ding-a-ling | Cloudy North-east style IPA. The beer features citra, idaho 7, and nugget hops along with a touch of honey and caramel malts.
Aravaipa Abbey | 8.7% ABV | Dubbel with Styrian Golding hops. It is paired with light chocolate and caramel notes in addition to dark fruit esters of plums, figs and dates.
Chocolate Bunny Imperial IPA | Imperial milk porter made in collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal. The brew uses locally roasted Nicaraguan cacao nibs from Zak’s Chocolate, three types of chocolate malt, local lactose sugar from United Dairymen of Arizona and Madagascar Vanilla Beans.
DC Mountain Double IPA | 8.2% ABV | West-coast style double IPA. This particular brew is dry hopped with citra, centennial and galaxy hops.
