Atlanta Beer Festivals: Spring & Summer Round-Up
Spring is in full bloom and summer is just around the corner! That can only mean one thing! Beer Festival season is finally here! This year, we’ve expanded and will be exploring new events in Atlanta and Denver areas on top of our usual San Diego favs! For our audience in the Atlanta area, or those that are planning a trip out to visit Hotlanta, here are some upcoming beer festivals that you won’t want to miss out on!
Spring Festivals
Kennesaw Beer & Wine Festival | Saturday, April, 28th, 2018 – Kennesaw, GA
This festival has something for everyone! The event features 100+ beers and 25+ wines for you to sip on while listing to live music from The Geeks Band. Tickets include entry, entertainment, souvenir cup and all beer, wine and, cider samples.
Hogs & Hops at Atlantic BBQ Festival | Saturday, May 5th, 2018 – Atlanta, GA
Hogs and Hops will offer all-inclusive tickets featuring 50+ beer and wine options, BBQ samples from some of Atlanta’s best BBQ restaurants, and live music! What could possibly be better than a beer festival paired with BBQ food!? Are you drooling yet, because we are!
Lilburn Beer & Wine Festival | Saturday, May 19th, 2018 – Lilburn, GA
This event will feature over 100 beers and ciders from local Atlanta and Georgia breweries, as well as, some great breweries from around the country. There will be 25+ wines in many varietals including sparkling options, roses, reds, and whites. There will also be live music with the band to be announced soon.
15th Annual East Atlanta Craft Beer Festival | Saturday, May 19th, 2018 – East Atlanta, GA
The 15th Annual East Atlanta Craft Beer Festival will feature a sampling of more than 200 craft beers! It will once again be under the majestic oaks and maples of East Atlanta’s Brownwood Park. All ticketholders receive a souvenir tasting glass, and VIP ticket holders receive early entry with lots of special and limited edition beers to sample. There will be food trucks/vendors and great music, too. For the last thirteen years, the East Atlanta Foundation has returned ALL proceeds from this volunteer-created and volunteer-staffed event to local organizations and projects that make East Atlanta a great place to live. Nothing better than drinking for a great cause!

This will be the 8th year that the Atlanta Beer Festivals team has hosted this epic summer beer festival. It will feature 200+ beers, wines, and ciders. They will have live music & a DJ tent to help keep the good times rolling in the summer heat! We can cheer to that!
Great Southern Beer Festival | Saturday, July, 28th, 2018 – Atlanta, GA
With the South truly emerging as the next craft beer frontier, the Great Southern Beer Festival combines craft beer, country rock, and Southern food with a dash of soul. This festival is celebrating all the creative, unpredictable, hop heavy, and heady craft beers emerging from this side of the Mason-Dixon line.
