Saturday, April 27th, the La Jolla Golden Rotary Club is set to host the 6th annual Quintessential Festival at Nobel Recreational Park. Hoplight Social has been a fan of the Quintessential Festival for a number of years now. One of Kristina’s (Hoplight Social’s CEO and founder) favorite features of the festival in years past was “You didn’t wait more than 5 minutes in a line, and you had the time to chat with the vendors about their craft.” As each year passes, the Quintessential Festival keeps getting better. With even more breweries and vendors than ever, the 6th annual will not disappoint.
What Sets The Quintessential Fest Apart?
The inspiration for this community event stems from the Rotary Club’s desire to build a collaborative event. The Quintessential Festival brings people together from throughout San Diego to raise awareness and funds for the great projects Rotary is doing locally and globally. It excites us to support a local beer fest that supports over 45 local charities and non-profit groups. Another aspect of the festival that sets it apart from others is the dog friendly environment. There are rarely any festivals which allow dogs so take advantage of this pass. Not only do attendees get to sample from more than 30 San Diego’s finest craft breweries, they also have the chance to sample from distilleries and wineries. Craft Beer, Distilleries, and Wineries
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample beer from local San Diego favorites including: Abnormal Beer Co., Ballast Point Brewing Co., Kilowatt Brewing, Longship Brewery, Mikkeller Brewing, Pizza Port Brewing Co., and Thorn Street Brewery. These are just some breweries among the 30+ that will be in attendance. Enjoy wine and alcohol from Cutwater Spirits, Tequila Fortaleza, San Diego Distillery, Seven Caves Spirits, Paolini’s Wines, Grant James Vineyard and more.
